Whether you're trying to stick to a New Years resolution or you're just trying to get healthy, this is a must-see for you. Each week, Miguel Cunha of FFMB will walk you through a different workout, showing you exactly what to do and how to do it. I'll be there too for comic relief!
THIS WEEK: Miguel would like you to invest some sweat into his "Pyramid Scheme!"
-10 Weak Arm Snatches
-20 Squat into Upright Rows
-30 One Arm Swings (15 per side)
-40 One Arm Bent-Over Rows (20 per side)
-50 Two-hand Swings
This workout starts with a lap around the track before you get going with the 10 weak arm snatches and continues with a lap in between each stage, all the way up to the 50 two-hand swings. At this point you'll be running another lap and starting at two-hand swings again, this time working your way back up the list and finishing with 10 snatches. For that last set, switch from your "weak" arm to your "strong" arm.
