The end of the week is upon us once more, which means two things: The weekend is here and it’s time for another installment of the Kerrzy & Migs Friday WorkOut!
If you aren’t familiar with this project, what you’ll find here every Friday is a new video from Forca Freemotion Body's Miguel Cunha and I detailing a workout that we’ve done during one of our Friday WorkOuts.
Last week we tackled a Millenium Place staircase; this week, we are (medicine) balling out of control!
What you’ll need this week is an 18-pound Dynamax Ball, and 8-pound medicine ball, a wall and an open bit of floor.
This circuit consists of four exercises, which you’ll be doing six times each over the course of the workout. For each station you’ll be doing as many reps as you can in 40 seconds, resting for 20 seconds and then moving on. If needed, take a two minute break at the halfway point.

-Dynamax Pick & Toss
-Medicine Ball Floor Slams
-Medicine Ball Wall Side Toss
