It's Friday, which means it's time for another installment of the Kerrzy & Migs Friday WorkOut!
Each week Kerrzy's Notebook and Forca Freemotion Body come together to bring you a detailed walkthrough of a different workout that will get you looking and feeling like a champ in no time. Last week we were heavy on the medicine balls – this week, Miguel takes us through a (not so) Short Circuit:
For this week's workout you'll need a knee-high plyo box, some red resistance tubing, an eight-pound medicine ball and a jump rope. You'll also probably want to write this all down and keep it nearby because there are three circuits of three exercises that you'll be doing three times each and it can get a little bit confusing!
In all, this workout should take you close to half an hour, doing each exercise for forty seconds and then taking a 20 second rest. Here's how it works:
Circuit 1) Medicine Ball Chops, Plyo Box Step-Ups, Skaters
Circuit 2) Lateral Box Step-Ups, Tube Y’s, Med Ball Standing Russian Twists
Circuit 3) Jump rope, Med Ball Slams, Box Squats
