Another week has come and gone, but that just means it’s time for another Kerrzy & Migs Friday WorkOut!
Each week for the past two months I’ve been enlisting the services of Miguel from Forca Freemotion Body to throw together a solid core-crunching workout to help you get happy and healthy as we inch closer to the summer! Last week we took you through a Twelve Step Program – this week, we’re hitting the Four Corners!
For this week’s workout, all you’ll need is a track with four corners and a power wheel (ab wheel) if you can get a hold of one. You’ll be doing an exercise at each station, with a run at 70% intensity between each one.
Here are the stations:
1) 20 Staggered Push-Ups (10 each side)
2) 20 Tuck Jumps
3) 20 Power Wheel Rollouts
4) 20 Wide Mountain Climbers
In all, you’ll be doing four rounds…if you can handle it!
