While I’m sure many of you welcome the end of the week with open arms for the obvious reasons, I’ve got another reason for you to smile – another edition of the Kerrzy & Migs Friday WorkOut! If you haven’t been following our fitness revolution, here’s the deal:
Kerrzy’s Notebook and Forca Freemotion Body have joined forces to bring you a core-crunching workout video every week to help you get healthy and happy! Last week, we took you through the Four Corners…this week, we’re going Tubing!
All you’ll really need for this week’s routine is a track and some tubing (which your local gym probably has) – this workout is split up into five sections, with a lap in between each one. Here’s how it works:
1) Tubing Row; Staggered Press (20 reps each)
2) Standing Russian Twists (20 per side)
3) Resistance Squats; Crunches (20 reps each)
4) Tree Huggers; Lunges (20 reps each)
5) Wood Chops (20 per side)
